Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns: You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can do so within 7 days of receipt, subject to product availability.

  1. Non – Returnable/Non – Exchangeable Items

Final sale items, such as clearance products, personalized items, and certain intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Return/Exchange Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@neatb.shop. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

  1. Refund Policy

For eligible returns, we will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will include the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs (except in cases where the return is our fault).
